Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return please email us at ndopudubai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non Returnable Items

Custom embroidered caps and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately at ndopudubai@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
